Job Description



Job Title : Production Engineer
Report to : Prodution manager
Locaton : ChungJu Plant, Korea


Job Responsibilities
Ø Process improvement related customer complaints /Internal reject resolution.

Ø Short term and long team process improvement plan incl. investment

Ø Process SOP set up and management

Ø Leading digitization of process ERP system.

Ø Plant key metrics management

- Plant key measurement data gathering, analysis and action items.



Qualification and experience
Ø 5 to 8 years of experience in the area of engineering plastics

Ø BA in Chemical Engineering (or Chemistry)

Ø Plastics compounding or chemical industry experience

Ø Strong understanding of the petrochemical process

Ø Strong interpersonal and communication

Ø Good command of English both verbal and written communication

Ø Solid Analytical & process skills/Knowledge of Six Sigma tools & process

Ø Be a good team player to work and contribute
